It all began with the idea of feeding my neighbors, family, and friends delicious dairy items at prices they could afford. After working in the cheese and dairy industry for many years it was apparent to me there had to be a better way to get these wonderful products into consumers hands at a price point that is beneficial to everyone. The New Auburn Cheese Company has partnered with local farms and businesses to bring the tastes of Wisconsin to the customers of our establishment. These partnerships will help support our local dairy and agricultural farmers as well as our local rural communities.

We will offer many great food and beverage items for sale in our humble shop. We are confident you and your families will find many delicious items to choose from. We invite you to come take a look!
